Julie joined the team at Ricks Advanced Dermatology in 2025! She has worked in healthcare since 2005, 18 years of which were in OB/GYN. She has experience in several specialties including Urology, Asthma and Allergy. She feels like she knows just about everyone in the Lawrence area, and continue seeing patients she knows every day!
Julie is married; she and her partner have been together nearly 25 years. She is an auntie to 4 and great auntie to 7! She enjoys spending time with family even though several live far away. Julie also loves spending time with her friends of over 30 years!
Her hobbies include: cooking, baking, and all things food. Julie loves baking cookies and sharing them. She enjoys music, books and movies. She also enjoys spending time in nature as much as she can. Gardening, hiking, camping-the simpler side of life! Many are surprised to learn that Julie does not have WiFi at home!
Julie believes that patients are not just a number and deserve to live happier, healthier lives!
