Amanda, Patient Experience Coordinator

Amanda has been a Patient Experience Coordinator at Ricks Advanced Dermatology since 2025. She is passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive experience for every patient. Her healthcare journey began after spending 13 years working for her family business while raising her own family, when she felt called back to the medical field. Returning to healthcare has allowed her to combine her love for helping others with her strong background in organization, communication, and patient support.
She has been with her husband for 16 years, and together they have two wonderful children, Lily and Cash, who keep them busy with sports and activities. Their home is full of life with two dogs, Chloe and Bourbon, 22 chickens, four ducks, and a shop cat named Zoey.
Family is at the heart of everything Amanda does. She is one of five siblings, and her brothers, sisters, and their families mean the world to her. Outside of work, she loves spending time at the beach and making memories with her family.
